Anglia Homes, L.P. Warranty Service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Your community superintendent will be in contact with you to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide access to the superintendent or vendors during warranty service hours, you will be asked to resubmit your request. In the event that you have an emergency warranty need, please refer to our Quick Reference Guide, as these contacts will be able to assist you with repairs. You will still need to submit a Warranty Repair Request Form to our corporate office so that we can ensure all repairs are completed and can be noted.
